They are currently seeking a dedicated and enthusiastic Teaching Assistant to join their dynamic team. As a Teaching Assistant, you will play a vital role in supporting the teacher and assisting in the day-to-day running of the classroom.
Key Responsibilities:
Assist the class teacher with planning and delivering lessons.
Provide one-on-one and small group support to students, particularly those who need extra help.
Help with classroom management, ensuring a safe and productive learning environment.
Support students with additional learning needs (ALN), ensuring they receive the appropriate care and guidance.
Help with the preparation and organization of teaching resources and materials.
Assist with the assessment and monitoring of student progress.
Encourage and promote students' social and emotional well-being.
Provide general administrative support as required.
The Ideal Candidate:
Experience working with children in a school or educational setting is desirable, but NOT essential.
A passion for working with young children and supporting their learning journey.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
Patience, flexibility, and a positive, can-do attitude.
Ability to work well as part of a team.
