About the Role

Key Responsibilities:
* Holistic Assessments: Conduct comprehensive assessments of adults with mental health difficulties, considering their social, emotional, and practical needs.
* Care Planning: Develop and implement person-centered care plans in collaboration with service users, promoting recovery and independence.
* Therapeutic Interventions: Provide therapeutic interventions and support services to help manage symptoms and improve coping strategies.
* Collaboration: Work collaboratively with mental health professionals to ensure coordinated and integrated care.
* Advocacy: Advocate for service users' rights and preferences, ensuring access to support and resources.
* Care Plan Review: Monitor and review care plans regularly, adapting interventions as needed.
* Community Support: Facilitate access to community resources, housing, employment, and other support services.
Requirements:
* Qualifications: Qualified Social Worker with current registration with Social Work England.
* Experience: Proven experience working with adults experiencing mental health issues.
* Knowledge: Sound knowledge of mental health legislation and best practices.
* Skillset: Strong assessment, communication, and interpersonal skills.
* Collaboration: Ability to work collaboratively within multidisciplinary teams.

Salary Information
The estimated annual salary for this role is £40,000 - £50,000, depending on experience and qualifications. This is a competitive package that reflects the importance of this role in supporting the well-being of adults with mental health challenges.
