The opportunity
We are currently looking for talented Intelligent Automation Analysts who are seeking a challenge and are highly competent in Intelligent Automation (IA) to join our team and build on continued success on a global scale.
Your key responsibilities
1. Designing, building, deploying and managing automation solutions using industry-leading software like Microsoft Power Platform, Blue Prism, and UiPath, as well as solutions built using other technologies such as Python.
2. Engaging with clients at all levels across the organization, both business and technology functions.
3. Nurturing long-term trusted advisor relationships.
4. Training and managing junior staff and client staff, including quality assurance of client deliverables.
5. Responding sensitively to client requirements and providing subject matter expertise.
6. Defining innovative solutions to unique problems as a pragmatic, adaptable problem solver.
7. Building capability in own skill set and mastering key technical, functional, and professional skills.
8. Proficient in written and verbal communication, presentation, client service, and technical writing skills.
9. Researching client inquiries and emerging issues, including regulations, industry practices, and new technologies.
Key requirements
1. A bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Technology or related fields.
2. A minimum of 4 years of relevant experience in consulting, business analysis, project management or development in the area of Intelligent Automation.
3. Proficiency or certification in Microsoft Power Platform, Microsoft Office tools, Blue Prism, UiPath, Automation Anywhere, and/or other relevant tools.
4. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to work on complex projects and deliver actionable insights.
5. Exceptional verbal and written communication skills, with the capability to articulate complex ideas clearly and persuasively.
6. Fluency in English is mandatory; proficiency in additional languages is a plus.
