Due to the continued growth and expansion of our Software Department, we have a brand new and exciting opportunity for a Digital Process Automation Engineer, to integrate various enterprise systems, including CRM, ERP, HR System, SharePoint, Document Management and PLM, using no code or low code approaches. The role As Digital Process Automation Engineer, you will d rive efficiency through automation and ensuring that business-critical workflows are under control and moving smoothly. Key duties: Designing, developing, and implementing automation solutions using no code or low code platforms. Integrating key business systems such as CRM, ERP, Ecommerce, HR Systems, and PLM to ensure seamless data flow and process automation. Developing and maintaining automated document approval workflows to improve operational efficiency. Collaborating with cross-functional teams to understand business requirements and translate them into technical solutions. Monitoring and troubleshooting automation processes to ensure optimal performance and addressing any issues promptly. Providing training and support to end-users on the use of automated systems and workflows. What are we looking for? Key skills: Computer Science or Software Engineering Degree (Or equivalent). Broad experience of no code or low code platforms such as Microsoft Power Automate, Zapier or similar tools. Strong understanding of business systems integration, including CRM, ERP, HR, and PLM. Proficient in Javascript and/or Python scripting Experience in automating document approval workflows. Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to troubleshoot and resolve technical issues. Strong communication and collaboration skills to work effectively with cross-functional teams. Ability to manage multiple projects and prioritize tasks effectively. Proven experience in digital process automation, preferably in a similar role. Good understanding of software development techniques and relevant testing methods What can we offer you?
