We are looking for Support Workers to join our specialist residential service at Copperclay Mews in Easingwold.
Earn £12.42 - £13.66 per hour as a Support Worker!

You will be supporting people with autism and complex needs with their daily routines and helping them access new experiences.
We are looking for Support Workers who have a ‘can do’ attitude, are outgoing and caring, but can maintain a calm demeanor when needed. You don’t have to have experience, just the right attitude and shared values. We will ensure you receive first-class training when you join us and throughout your career at Hesley Group. We will support you to become a Qualified Support Worker and beyond! You will have a fixed rota of 4 days on and 2 days off with a combination of morning and afternoon shifts. Shift times are: Earlies: 07:15-14:45, Afters: 14:15-21:45.

About You
You don't need to have experience, but it is essential that you share our values. As long as you have a positive attitude and want to improve the lives of those with a learning disability, we will support you with progression opportunities throughout your career with us. We will support you through your Level 2 qualification so you become a fully qualified Support Worker.
