Location: London, UK (3 days WFO, 2 days WFH)
Contract Duration: 6 months
We are looking to hire a Full Lifecycle Recruiter for the Recruiting team to play a critical role in managing growth and additional hiring requirements.
The successful candidate will have excellent analytical, organization, prioritization and communication skills as well as attention to detail. They will work effectively with internal and external clients and candidates, have the ability to shift gears at a moment’s notice and enjoy the challenges of helping to build a great organization of talented individuals.
Key job responsibilities
* Responsible for hiring graduates (attraction, selection processes, onboarding)
* Partner with hiring teams to build effective sourcing, assessment, and closing approaches with an ability to manage customer/partner expectations.
* Build and maintain network of potential candidates through pro-active market research and on-going relationship management; demonstrating ability to anticipate hiring manager preferences through high offer-to-interview ratios.
* Recommend ideas and strategies related to recruitment of talent that will contribute to the long-range growth of the company, implementing any new processes and fine-tuning current processes for recruiting that fits within the company's mission to deliver the highest quality results to the customer.
* Articulate in writing a plan with deliverables, timelines and a formal tracking process.
* Responsible for developing strong working relationships with all key hiring managers and working closely with them to ensure hiring needs are met for their groups
* Create plans to attract qualified candidates for open roles and monitor new trends and opportunities to consistently raise the standard for recruitment
