We require a motivated Clinical Support Worker to work within Ainderby Ward (Medical Ward); predominantly respiratory and infectious diseases, at the Friarage Hospital.
Successful candidates must have:
* Numeracy and Literacy Level 2
* Care certificate
* Level 3 vocational qualification or Short courses and completion of competency workbook equivalent to Level 3 in a range of patient and clinical care duties and/or Equivalent knowledge and experience in a range of clinical care duties equivalent to Level 3: theoretical knowledge, experience of a range of care and related procedures, clinical observations, and knowledge of relevant legislation.
Main duties of the job
The successful candidate will have experience of working in health or social care and have experience of undertaking and recording clinical observations and escalation of changes or findings.
They will work within the multidisciplinary team delivering high-quality care to patients admitted to the Unit.
We will require the successful candidate to work days, nights, weekends, and bank holidays on a rotational basis.
