CNC Maintenance Engineer
Our client are global-leading ejection seat manufacturers, specialising in protecting the aircrew of state-of-the-art military aircraft.
They are currently looking for a CNC Maintenance Engineer to join their team to carry out planned preventative maintenance and repairs on an array of CNC Machinery and Workshop Equipment.
This role plays a critical part in ensuring production targets are met, minimising downtime within the workshop.
Working Hours: Mon - Fri, 8am to 5pm Mon - Thurs & 8am to 12pm Friday
Salary: Up to £34k p/a
Key Responsibilities:
Follow planned maintenance schedules for equipment and machinery, replacing worn components and wiring in accordance to manuals and specifications
Carry out repairs when possible, liaising with external suppliers if required
Transport materials and finished components around site using a forklift/lifting equipment
Required skills and traits:
High levels of Dexterity and competent in using hand tools/testers
Machine shop experience with understanding of CNC and manual machinery
Possess 18th Edition Wiring Regulations Qualifications and Forklift License
Maths and English GCSEs
