Graphic Designer Huddersfield Marketing Full time Permanent
We’re on the lookout for a talented and passionate graphic designer to join our team.
As a graphic designer you be responsible for designing and building engaging emails, creating banners for web and social media, marketing campaigns and landing pages on our websites.
The role will work closely with our CRM team, thinking about the customer journey, especially email campaigns, to make customers love our brands and come back again and again.
Your overarching goal is to sell our brand, products, promotions and offers to our customers, whilst staying true to our values and highly commercial nature, following brand guidelines to present fresh ideas to take our brands to the next level.
You’ll be a whizz at the Adobe Creative Suite, and some basic HTML / CSS knowledge would be a bonus.
The role is mainly digital, but there are print and packaging requests from time to time, so print experience would be great but not essential.
We want someone tenacious who can use their initiative to develop solutions individually and as part of a team able to:
1. Use your creative flair to bring our brands to life, whilst adhering to our brand guidelines.
2. Create and develop digital marketing materials such as emails, banners, social media posts and promotions.
3. Design printed materials, such as instruction manuals, product packaging, posters, brochures, and leaflets.
4. Prototype new webpage designs and layouts in Adobe Photoshop and Illustrator.
5. Be involved with projects such as logo design, branding and product design.
Required
6. Well-versed in the Adobe Creative Suite (Mainly Photoshop and Illustrator.)
7. A keen eye for design, a great creative thinker and problem solver.
8. Previous experience in email and web banner design.
9. Strong portfolio of work demonstrating a range of skills.
10. Ability to work well to tight deadlines.
Desirable
11. Basic HTML & CSS knowledge.
12. Previous use of Mailchimp, BeePro, Bloomreach or other email-building tools.
13. Print design skills.
14. Basic copywriting for headlines
15. Knowledge of tools like Google Analytics, Optimise, and Hotjar.
16. Previous eCommerce and/or CRM experience.
17. Experienced in a graphic design role.

You may previously worked as a; Graphic Designer, Junior Designer, Digital Designer, Mid-weight Designer, Middleweight designer.
