Job Role: BID Manager
Location: South Yorkshire/Derbyshire/Hybrid
Salary: £70,000/£75,000 + Package (DOE)
Our client, a leading TIER 1 Contractor, seeks to appoint an experienced BID Manager on a permanent basis.
Duties:
1. Identifying opportunities for bid submissions and raising them with the bid management team.
2. Analysing the tender document to understand the needs of the client.
3. Conducting research and brainstorming key points to include in the bid.
4. Crafting persuasive and detailed proposals.
5. Performing risk assessments and addressing concerns of clients and company staff.
6. Ensuring all deadlines are met.
7. Liaising with suppliers, vendors, and subcontractors.
8. Planning bid preparation to ensure that deadlines are met.
9. Liaising with other managers to agree bid details.
