We are seeking an enthusiastic and committed Chief Officer who will work with the Integration Joint Board (IJB) and the Chief Executives of both Renfrewshire Council and NHS Greater Glasgow and Clyde to set the future direction for the HSCP. This is both a challenging and exciting time to join us as our new Chief Officer.
We are proud of our reputation for excellence, which is a result of the commitment and passion of our 2,420 health and social care staff employed between Renfrewshire Council and NHS Greater Glasgow and Clyde. With a total budget of around £423m, you will direct the design and delivery of integrated services to meet the changing needs of our population.
You will be at the forefront of an ambitious agenda to drive change, be innovative, and commit to the continuous improvement of our services to deliver safe, high quality, and effective health and social care that is sustainable for the future health and wellbeing of our population. You will have a pivotal role in ensuring the continued progress towards delivering the priority areas agreed in HSCP’s Strategic Plan for 2022-2025.
