This is a home-based role in England, requiring national travel up to 50% of the time and a flexible approach to working hours.

As the Strategic Account Manager, you will be responsible for:
1. Build and manage long-term relationships with key customers.
2. Identify opportunities for revenue growth within existing accounts.
3. Develop strategies that drive customer success.
4. Deliver solutions for operational improvements, business growth and customer loyalty.
5. Actively monitor customer accounts to identify new opportunities for growth.
6. Maintain oversight of service delivery, ensuring KPI's and service-level agreements are met - identifying opportunities for improvement.
The successful Strategic Account Manager will have the following related skills / experience:
1. Significant experience in account management or business development within the healthcare industry.
2. Demonstrable success in managing key customer accounts.
3. Excellent communication, negotiation and influencing skills.
4. High level of professionalism.
