Sales Manager
Salary: £45k - £60k basic + bonus and commission
Location: Hybrid (Flexible Working. Work from Cheshire Office and Home)
Are you ready to lead from the front, drive a high-performing telesales team, and make your mark in the agricultural market? My client is seeking a proactive, strategic Sales Manager to elevate this team to the next level.
What You'll Do
* Lead and Inspire – Take charge of an outbound telesales team, setting a high-energy example as you steer seasonal campaigns and push for new growth
* Grow the Team – Drive team expansion, bringing in new talent and developing your people to exceed performance targets
* Build Strong Partnerships – Develop and strengthen connections with third-party suppliers, key groups, and merchants, opening new revenue channels
* Manage National Stock – Ensure smooth operations through careful stock management and support team training to stay competitive
What You’ll Bring
* Proven experience managing and growing an outbound sales team
* Strong communication skills, a proactive attitude, and a customer-focused approach
* Excellent organisational abilities to exceed targets and meet KPIs
* Familiarity with the agricultural sector? It’s a plus, but not a must!
