MJM Marine is looking to recruit an Administrator to support the Design Team by managing administrative tasks, ensuring efficient workflow processes, maintaining project documentation, and facilitating communication within the team and with other departments. Other key duties include: Tracking project progress and deadlines, ensuring timely delivery of design assets Managing design team calendars, arrange meetings, and assist with creative presentations Taking minutes of project design meetings & distributing tasks off the back of these meetings Managing & maintaining the daily design planner. Daily updating of design PSS document. Ensuring design personnel weekly timesheets and populated and submitted for approval. · Assisting with data capturing for Monthly CVR reports for all projects Ensuring all design documentation (briefs, mood boards, style guides) is up-to-date and accessible to relevant stakeholders. Assisting with the scheduling and organization of design projects, meetings, and reviews The Ideal Person will: Have 2 years of experience in an administrative or project coordination role Be detail-oriented, highly organised, and can handle multiple projects in a fast-paced creative environment Be proficient in design management software AutoCAD, Excel, word, PowerPoint presentation. Have basic knowledge of design processes, terminology, and workflows It is desirable but not essential to have previous experience in a fast-paced Design environment and/or a bachelor’s degree in design or project management.
