Logistics Freight Pricing Analyst - Bucks £25 - 35,000
Fantastic opportunity to join this vibrant organisation as an experienced Logistics / Freight Pricing Analyst to negotiate logistics contracts, freight rates and customs services.
1. Customs & Operationalpliance - Understanding of country and local customs requirements. Work in line withpanypliance processes to manage risk around the business
2. Procurement - Reviewing carrier performance and maintaining rates
3. Supplier Liaison - Receive and process customer requests in a timely manner. To build relationships with customers, to gain trust and be customer's preferred supplier
4. Planning - Work lad and time management being able to plan and prioritise customer requests with or better than SLA's
5. Instructing hauliers of the requirements to arrange new ad hoc shipments
6. Negotiate with hauliers, other Customs agents and 3PL's to develop newpetitive routes to ensure the best possible solutions to deliverpliant supply chain solutions
Person Spec
7. You will have a full understanding and experience of working with Air, Sea and Road freight hauliers.
8. Experience of negotiating logistics contracts, freight rates and Customs service
9. Skilled in offering a joined-up supply chain approach for internal and external clients
After an initial training period, the opportunity to work hybrid will be available.
Salary DoE up to £35,000 + Bonus
