£23,379 - £31,229 (dependent upon skills, qualifications, and experience) including market supplement
We are seeking an Instructor who can instruct learners in practical agricultural skills, such as the use of farm machinery particularly tractor driving, estate skills (e.g. fencing) and machinery maintenance and depending upon the applicant’s skills and experience to deliver livestock practicals with dairy and beef cattle, sheep and pigs. The role may also include assistance with the delivery of short courses and certificates of competence.
The successful candidate will have extensive practical experience and knowledge gained from working within the Agricultural industry, have a keen interest in supporting and developing young people and be willing to undertake an in-house development programme if a recognised teaching qualification is not already held.
