This critical position within the NHSE Education Quality Team for the East of England plays a key role in managing and coordinating various workstreams essential to the team's success. The postholder will drive the continuous development and regional implementation of the commissioning for quality strategy and the National Quality Framework. A key part of the role involves analysing and triangulating quality metrics, working closely with the Business Intelligence team, and providing insights from data such as GMC and NETS surveys.
The role also includes supporting the governance structures, building and maintaining strong relationships with key stakeholders, and representing the East of England team at both regional and national levels. The postholder will collaborate with national teams to develop virtual networks that support the delivery of the NHSE Quality Framework. Additionally, they will conduct environmental scanning to identify opportunities and risks, offering recommendations to optimise outcomes.
The role involves organising stakeholder events, including internal governance forums and professional/system regulator meetings, as well as presenting at external events with confidence and professionalism. Other responsibilities may be assigned as needed.

The role is based in east of England region, Cambridge, face to face office attendance will be required (40% office base), alongside travel across the region when and where necessary. However, the job can be worked in a hybrid model with some time working from home.

The successful candidate will have excellent interpersonal and communication skills (both written and verbal) and the ability to engage with stakeholders at all levels, both internal and external. In addition, they must possess excellent organisational skills, the ability to prioritise workload and multi-task a variety of demands on their time.
