Fostering healthier communities. Role Description: Deliver implementation or consulting projects to achieve successful on-time schedule completion and client satisfaction. Provide clients with guidance and advice for workflow planning and drive adoption of best practices for greatest customer return on investment. Act as member of the project team, working with the client and CliniSys team members to deliver a product that meets or exceeds client requirements. Responsible for performing contracted onsite and remote services for clients. Product Specialists are normally offered home-based contracts, but travel to customer sites is an essential requirement. Responsibilities: Travels to client sites to install CliniSys software products following department procedures and guidelines Consult pre and post-sale with key stakeholders as requested to ensure project scope aligns with contracted customer expectations Effectively organises and prioritizes project tasks to ensure timely completion of projects assigned Conducts implementations demonstrating a thorough knowledge and understanding of department procedures and guidelines Provides continuous evaluation of process improvements by monitoring both client and departmental feedback Conducts training for the client as part of the overall implementation process; Independently resolves project issues or determines when escalation to management is required Guides the client in their decision making to achieve maximum efficiency using Sunquest best practice recommendations Stays up-to-date on new features, enhancements, versions and products Collaborates with and mentors other Product Specialists to expand own and others depth & breadth of CliniSys product knowledge Maintain a hig:h level of commitment to superior customer satisfaction through the entire duration of the customer relationship Completes other projects as assigned Any other duties commensurate with grade Knowledge, Skills & Abilities: Bachelor’s Degree in Healthcare or Information Technology or equivalent experience. Experience in a healthcare and/or IT/software environment Effective writing and communication skills Problem solving and trouble-shooting skills Experience with healthcare information systems or CliniSys software products preferred Experience working in a consulting or implementation environment preferred Demonstrated knowledge of healthcare specialty workflow(s) preferred Demonstrated ability to work independently Ability to teach and present in a classroom setting Attention to detail and strong organisational skills Ability to effectively manage multiple priorities Ability to effectively communicate with all organisational levels LI-Remote LI-MC
