This is a fantastic opportunity for an individual with strong leadership skills, a passion for person-centered care, and a proven track record in managing care services. Key Responsibilities: Provide strategic leadership and day-to-day management of the nursing home. Ensure compliance with CIW standards, maintaining a rating of Good or Outstanding. Lead and develop a team of care and nursing staff to deliver high-quality, person-centered care. Manage budgets effectively and ensure the efficient use of resources. Build and maintain strong relationships with residents, families, staff, and external stakeholders. Develop and implement policies and procedures in line with current legislation and best practices. Requirements: Minimum of 2 years experience in a similar managerial role within a nursing or residential care setting. Hold a Level 5 Diploma in Leadership and Management in Health and Social Care or equivalent qualification. Preferably a qualified nurse (RGN/RMN) with an active NMC PIN, though candidates with residential care management experience will also be considered. Strong knowledge of CIW regulations and a proven track record of maintaining compliance. Excellent leadership, communication, and organizational skills.
