Xpert Resourcing are working with a friendly, well established business in Ely who are looking to add to their established team.
A real focus of this role is to offer exceptional customer service both internally and externally
Duties will include:
* Responsible for administering all relevant documents and forms, ensuring all information is accurate and up to date.
* Manage schedules and coordinate the delivery of products and services.
* Assist the invoicing team to make sure all billing is accurate.
* Professionally deal with all contract queries and questions.
* Answer and resolve any disputes with with professionalism, demonstrating excellent customer service.
* Assist with general office and administration duties, including filing, scanning, and managing of relevant documents.
Experience / skills required:
* Proven experience in an administrative role or similar position.
* Outstanding communication skills.
* Excellent customer service skills.
Hours of Work:
* Monday to Friday 8.30am - 5pm
