Product Strategy & Vision Define and execute a clear, customer-focused product strategy aligned with business goals. Product Development & Execution Oversee the full product lifecycle, from ideation and development to launch and continuous improvement. Strong commercial acumen, with a track record of improving product performance and driving revenue growth. Experience in Agile, Lean, or other iterative product development methodologies. Strong background in collaborating with engineering teams to translate business requirements into technical solutions. Experience working with data-driven decision-making, using analytics and performance metrics. Strong problem-solving skills, with the ability to balance technical feasibility, customer needs, and business priorities. Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills. Understanding of financial forecasting and budgeting for product initiatives. Education & Qualifications Essential: Bachelor's degree in Business, Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field. Desirable: MBA or relevant postgraduate qualification; professional certifications in Agile, Product Management, or related areas (e.g., Certified Scrum Product Owner).
