Hours: 38.5 average per week
Shift pattern: 4 on 4 off 20:00-08:00
Salary: £23,103.08 pa (£11.54 ph) starting rate rising to £23,363.34 (£11.67 ph) upon successful completion of probation. Plus an additional night supplement payment of £4924.92 pa

Training commitments:
You will need to be able to commit to a 6 week training plan in which you will complete a 35 hour working week and therefore be paid for 35 hours during this time compared to the contracted hours of 38.5 per week:
1. Week 1 Monday - Friday 08:00 - 15:30
2. Week 2 Monday - Friday 08:00 - 15:30
3. Week 3 Monday - Friday 09:00 - 16:30
4. Week 4 Monday - Friday 08:00 - 15:30
5. Week 5 Monday 08:00 - 15:30 / Tuesday 06:30 - 14:00 / Wednesday - Friday 14:00 - 21:30
6. Week 6 Normal Night Shift
For this role, you must have 5 Mbps upload and 15 Mbps download internet speed. All IT equipment required for the role will be provided.

With a cool head, you’ll be handling varying calls, anything from providing reassurance, actioning accidental calls, test calls, to contacting emergency services.
ABOUT YOU
You must possess a genuine desire to help the community, be empathetic and have the ability to sympathetically communicate with a distressed caller.
You have had a minimum of 2 years experience in a call centre environment dealing with customers and have worked remotely.
A good general standard of education is required, but we believe that within the right core values and training that you could thrive in this role.
This is a rewarding role where trust is key. But it can also be tough - so you’ll need to be resilient too! You’ll also need the drive to meet personal targets whilst delivering excellent customer service.
