Job Title: Invoicing Administrator Location: Belfast, Lisburn Salary: £15.48 per hour Duration: Approximately 6 months (with the possibility of extension) Hours: 36.25 hours per week Brook Street Recruitment is proud to partner with a reputable client in Belfast, seeking a dedicated Invoicing Administrator. As an Invoicing Administrator, you will play a vital role in the financial operations of our client. Your attention to detail and organisational skills will contribute to the accuracy and timeliness of financial transactions, supporting the overall success of the accounts services team. Compliance and Reporting: Assist in preparing internal and statutory returns to ensure adherence to legislation and financial guidelines. Accounts Support: Aid in end-of-month and end-of-year accounts procedures, contributing to financial and management account preparation. Audit Collaboration: Work with auditors to implement recommendations and provide necessary documentation for audits. BACS Payments: Facilitate the setup and transmission of BACS payments, ensuring timely processing. Interdepartmental Liaison: Follow up on outstanding invoices and resolve payment queries by liaising with various departments. Performance Monitoring: Prepare reports on performance indicators related to accounts services. Fraud Reporting: Record and report instances of fraud or potential fraud in line with policy. Financial Information: Provide ad-hoc financial management information using software such as MS Excel or Access. Bank Reconciliation: Assist with bank reconciliation by monitoring outstanding cheques and liaising with the bank on queries. Essential Criteria Minimum of 5 GCSEs at 'A-C' grades or equivalent (including English Language and Mathematics). A minimum of two year's experience in an Accounts Office environment, including: Processing payments and income. Working with a computerised accounts package. OR A minimum of four year's experience in an Accounts Office environment, including: Processing payments and income. Working with a computerised accounts package.
