What will my accountabilities be?
* Brand Leadership: Lead and execute brand activation and ensure brand consistency across all touch points.
* Social & Digital Strategy: Manage content across all channels.
* Retail & Trade Marketing: Plan and execute in-store marketing activations.
Who will I be working with?
Internal & External
Reporting directly to the Founder and collaborating with marketing, operations, and finance.
A great candidate will have:
* 4+ years of brand marketing experience in FMCG (preferably with a challenger brand).
* Social media and content creation experience.
* A creative and strategic mindset, turning your ideas into actions.
* A passion for purpose-led brands.
* Organisational skills, managing multiple projects and maintaining high attention to detail.

* Salary: c£55,000 + performance-based bonus.
* Flexible Working: Hybrid (2 days in office).
