Job Overview
Estates Services Maintenance Crafts Person (Electrical/Multi Skilled)
An opportunity has arisen for a Maintenance Crafts Person (Electrical/Building) to work within our Estates Services team.
The successful candidate will be qualified to a minimum City & Guilds level 2 (or equivalent) in Electrical/Building maintenance and possess a group A full current driving licence.
Experienced in all types of building maintenance, you will have proven knowledge of health and safety, good communication skills and remain calm under pressure. A CSCS card would also be an advantage.
Working a 37.5 hr week you would be working across sites the Trust manages throughout the region; a van is provided for use whilst on Trust business.

As part of the Estates team you will also be required (following a period of induction) to participate in an on-call rota outside normal working hours; additional payments will be made for this.

Detailed Job Description And Main Responsibilities
You will be required to undertake reactive/planned maintenance and installation work in a variety of Trust premises maintain high technical standards of workmanship and ensure compliance with all statutory requirements by action and advice as necessary.
