Description
As a Property Customer Service Advisor, you will be assisting the department and managing cases for clients who are moving property. You will be handling calls from clients and third parties to progress the case and chase up documentation and information required for the process. The role will be very fast-paced, ensuring service level agreements are exceeded and a high standard of client care is provided!
Profile
No direct experience is required; the business would love to hear from candidates who have worked within hospitality and retail and will look at transferable skills! Exceptional customer service skills and the ability to thrive in a busy environment are essential. Good organizational skills and the ability to prioritize high volumes of work are also required. You should be able to build and maintain excellent working relationships and be an excellent team player.
Job Offer
Salary of £22,308+; no experience required; full training provided; excellent progression and development opportunities; sponsorship of further education and qualifications; central Leeds; no shift patterns or weekends; Monday to Friday 9 am - 5:30 pm; hybrid working; excellent on-site facilities and offices; collaborative team and environment; immediate start and interview available.
