You are the master of diagnostics and you will be the person taking the time to competently and effectively explain your fix to your customer; always providing the best serviceA self-starter: You are responsible for your own workload, by being there for your customer from beginning to end, as well as filling out your paperwork concisely, you make your own day worthwhileA fixer/problem solver: You will revel in utilising your technical expertise to solve a variety of issues. Whether that’s fixing a warranty related issue or a roadside breakdown, you are the solution bringer and enable your customer to get on with their dayWhat will I be doing?You’ll be the superhero fixing a brand vehicle breakdown by the side of the road or undertaking warranty repairs working on an appointment basis. You take the time delighting your customer, helping them get back to their journey. In return, we’ll go the extra mile for you, with a two-week AA induction, a two-week VW induction, plus ongoing online or onsite training including EV and HV training.What do I need?You’ll need:NVQ3 in Vehicle Maintenance and Repair, or equivalent qualifications with appropriate experienceSome knowledge of working on one or multiple VWG brands or vehiclesIt’s essential that you have a full category B driving licence, with 6 points or lessTo be happy working shifts, which could include evenings, weekends and Bank HolidaysAdditional informationAs a valued team member, you’ll have access to a range of fully supported development programmes, designed to help you progress your career with us.
