Purpose of the role: Working in a team of 4, you will be responsible for driving business growth by increasing the number of quotations produced for each of our Sales Areas in the UK. Efficiently process, qualify, and quote new leads generated through our website or by our area sales team. Support the generation of new leads through outbound sales activity to our key audiences. Provide information to potential clients to help them make informed decisions about our lift solutions including price, timeframe & suitability. Main responsibilities: Follow up, evaluate and qualify incoming leads to determine their potential as qualified sales opportunities. Initiate contact with prospective clients to gather necessary information, understand their requirements, and provide preliminary information about our products and services. Build accurate and competitive lift quotes that meet customer specifications and requirements via our online tool Lift Quoter. Collaborate closely with the Sales Team to provide them with the necessary support, including follow-up on quotations, additional information requests, order processing and appointment scheduling. Utilise our Customer Relationship Management (CRM) system to track and manage leads, quotations, and client interactions. Stay informed about industry trends, competitor offerings, and customer preferences to tailor quotations effectively. Assist Area Sales Team with generating regular reports on quotation activity, conversion rates, and other relevant KPIs to assess and improve performance. Perform product demonstrations for clients when required. Additional/different appropriate responsibilities to ensure the needs of the client and business are best served, at all times. Skills and knowledge required: Proven experience in a similar role in sales. A dynamic, fast-paced and motivated attitude to converting leads and seeking opportunities to sell. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Strong organisational and time management abilities. A customer-focused mindset with a passion for helping clients find the best solutions. Proficiency in using CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite including Dynamics 365 & Business Central. Ability to work independently and as part of a team. Resilience, flexibility, and patience. Desirable: Knowledge of lift industry products and terminology.
