* Salary - £26,000 to £30,000

Your working day will involve:
* Greeting visitors appropriately & determine visitor needs in a professional manner
* Monitoring people coming and going through the reception doors and manage the security process (issuing visitor passes, maintaining the visitor register)
* Dealing with all enquiries in a professional and courteous manner, in person on the telephone or via email
* Providing general adhoc support the Facilities Manager and catering, as required
* Ensuring Reception area is kept clean & tidy to a standard fitting with the Openwork image
* Working with the Facilities Assistant in the set up of meeting rooms and organise/coordinate the appropriate equipment
* Supporting the evacuation process in cases of emergency, acting as a first point of contact for guests & emergency services
* Ordering & liaising with Taxi`s & Couriers
* Working with the Facilities Manager on a variety of tasks and also be available when the Head of Facilities is out of office for any queries
* Working with catering supplier to organise lunches
* Working with gym instructor to organise inductions
* Organising guest wifi
* Starters & Leavers (HR)
* Portal Changes
* Administering Paxton Badge System
What you'll need to succeed:
* IT literate – Intermediate level of Microsoft Office 2007 (Essential)
* Flexibility - due to the nature of our business, flexibility with working hours is required
* Educated to GCSE English & Mathematics
* Strong interpersonal and communication skills to deal with individuals of all levels
* Shows initiative and has the ability to work unsupervised at times
* Excellent telephone skills
* Excellent personal organisation skills
* Knowledge of Customer Service principles & practices.
* Knowledge of a facility background (Desirable)
