We are seeking a Solutions Architect OR Business Systems Manager / Head of Service looking to side step to help shape the future of innovation and digital transformation within a housing association. This role involves working closely with the senior management and delivery teams to design and implement integrated architectural solutions that meet business needs and deliver quality outcomes.
Role: Solutions Architect
Contract: Permanent
Key Responsibilities:
1. To lead the design and orchestration of technical solutions, ensuring they align with business objectives and design principles.
2. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver robust, customer-focused digital business platforms.
3. Oversee the integration of digital technologies, data, and processes to enhance both customer and colleague experiences.
4. Ensure effective quality control and the alignment of solutions with agreed-upon blueprints.
Minimum Requirements:
1. Proven experience as a Solutions Architect, particularly with Housing Systems, M365, and Power Platform.
2. Experience in the housing sector and understanding of the full app and data stack.
3. Familiarity with business ecosystems, SaaS, IaaS, PaaS, SOA, APIs, microservices, and predictive analytics.
4. Strong leadership, communication, and collaboration skills, with the ability to influence across teams.

First-stage interviews will be conducted via Microsoft Teams, with successful candidates invited to an in-person second-stage interview and technical assessment.
