The Internal Sales Associate role is an exciting opportunity for an individual with a technical background to thrive in the industrial/manufacturing industry. The successful applicant will be part of our dynamic customer service team based in Warrington. Description Assist with customer inquiries, identify needs, and help create proposals. Qualify new customers, manage complex requests, and work with Sales/Marketing to find new business opportunities. Analyse customer information, keep CRM records up to date, track sales progress, and ensure all projects are documented. Create new customer profiles and log key interactions. Help execute marketing campaigns with the Marketing team and use customer data to find new leads and sales opportunities. Work with teams on account plans and sales strategies, identify new opportunities, and help build strong customer relationships. Provide product knowledge and solutions to customers, support internal teams, and ensure customer needs are met. Follow up on quotes, track sales performance, and promote customised solutions. Keep CRM records current and prepare sales reports. Profile A successful Internal Sales Associate should have: Ideally HNC or degree in an engineering discipline (desired). Experience of working in Sales Support/Customer Service/ Account management environment preferably in commercial or B2B. Strong understanding of sales processes and the ability to develop commercial proposal. Excellent communication, interpersonal, and relationship-building skills, with the ability to influence and establish rapport with customers. Proficient in CRM software (HubSpot preferred) and Microsoft Office Suite. Highly organised, detail-oriented, self-motivated, and capable of working independently or as part of a team under pressure to meet deadlines.
