We are seeking an ambitious Commercial Property Lawyer to join a highly-rated law firm in the Caribbean. This is a rare opportunity to live and work in a world-class destination whilst acting for prestigious clients including developers, hotels, and other high-net-worth individuals on high-value property transactions.
In this role, you will manage a caseload split evenly between commercial and high-end residential property matters. You will act for major property companies, developers and investors on all manner of commercial property deals and advice. You will also deal with multi-million pound residential properties.
The position is suited to someone with approximately 8-15 years' PQE, although applications from suitable and well-qualified lawyers just outside of this level are welcome.
The ideal candidate will have a strong commercial property background and be an England and Wales-qualified lawyer, with experience and a stable career history with reputable London or regional UK firm(s). While previous offshore experience is welcomed, it is not essential. Some experience handling residential transactions, particularly those involving high-value properties, is an advantage, and a willingness to do so is essential.
We are looking for a candidate who is technically able but also ambitious, driven, and enthusiastic about business development.
This role offers a high City-level salary package, with obvious tax benefits, along with excellent prospects for career progression. You will enjoy a high quality of life in the Caribbean, working in a supportive and collaborative team environment that encourages career development and growth.
