We are seeking a motivated and dedicated individual to join our team as an E-Commerce Assistant / Administrator. In this role, you will be responsible for supporting the day-to-day operations of an online retail business and ensuring smooth functionality across various digital platforms.
No prior experience is necessary, but a passion for technology and a drive to succeed are highly desirable. We encourage you to apply if you are hardworking, adaptable, and eager to learn in a fast-paced environment.
Key Responsibilities:
• Upload new product listings
• Ensure product descriptions are accurate and compelling
• Update and maintain product catalogues with current pricing, images, and inventory levels.
• Respond promptly to customer inquiries via email, chat, or phone
• Resolve customer issues regarding orders, payments, returns, and shipping.
• Provide product information and recommendations to customers.
• Assist with administrative tasks
• Maintain accurate records and documentation related to eCommerce.

• Organized and detail-oriented.

Initial internships available for those with little to no experience but can demonstrate passion and knowledge.
