About the Role:
Working within our Consumer Healthcare (CHC) sales team, our eCommerce Account Manager is responsible for developing, implementing, and managing activation strategies to maximise our sales and visibility on Amazon. Working closely with Consumer Healthcare marketing colleagues, you’ll ensure our eCommerce platforms align with our broader marketing activity and brand objectives. This role will be central to achieving our business objectives and as part of the remuneration package, a sales performance bonus will enable you to be rewarded for your successful results.
On a day-to-day basis you will:
1. Manage the external Agency team responsible for campaign execution as well as the relationship with Amazon Ads team.
2. Monitor and analyse campaign and budget performance data, adjusting strategies to improve results and improve account profitability.
3. Collaborate with the brand teams to create compelling ad copy and product images.
4. Conduct competitive analysis and market research to identify new opportunities.
5. Support the overall e-commerce strategy and contribute to cross-channel marketing initiatives.
6. Develop and activate quarterly learning agenda to ensure continuous test and learn that will advance capabilities, improve customer experience, and drive sell-through.

7. Preferably a degree in Marketing, Business, or related field.
8. A proven track record in the FMCG sector of driving sales growth and improving ROI through Amazon advertising.
9. Ideally experience with Amazon DSP and other programmatic advertising platforms and knowledge of SEO best practices and tools (Helium 10, Jungle Scout). Google Ads experience would be highly desirable.
10. Current knowledge on Amazon advertising best practices, algorithm changes, and industry trends with an interest in social ecommerce (such as TikTokShop) and other emerging ecomm trends.
11. Proficient in Excel and Powerpoint with the ability to efficiently analyse data and present the insights from this in a meaningful and impactful way to internal stakeholders.
12. A self starter who will drive ecommerce success and best practice within the business.
