Job Description: Customer Service Executive
Location: Maidenhead
Job Type: Temporary, full time, 37.5 hours per week
Salary: £23,000 - £26,000 per annum (£11.79 - £13.33/hr)

The main purpose of this role will be to provide quality driven Customer Service and Order Processing support to a global leader in luxury textiles.
The company is a well-known supplier for Luxury Hotels and Spas across the globe and they are therefore seeking a highly experienced and professional Customer Advisor with exceptional communication skills to join their team in Maidenhead.
Job Duties:
* Respond to incoming customer inquiries.
* Process orders, and communicate order progress to customers.
* Stay up to date on new products, services, and policies.
* Collect and report customer feedback to ensure that best practice is recognised and maintained.
* Engage with customers in a friendly and professional manner while actively listening to their concerns.
* Offer support and solutions to customers in accordance with the company's customer service policies.
* Other duties as requested.
Knowledge and Skills:
* Proven Multi-tasking Abilities.
* Dynamic Customer Service Experience with exceptional communication skills.
* Experience working in a B2B environment.
* Order processing experience.
* Strong IT skills with proficiency in the use of MS Office.
Beneficial:
* Familiarity with Oracle Netsuite or similar ERP systems.
* Experience in exporting to Europe and Rest of World.
* Basic Photoshop skills.
