Job Overview:
We are seeking a dedicated Registered Nurse to join our healthcare team in providing high-quality medical care to patients. The ideal candidate will be compassionate, detail-oriented, and possess excellent clinical skills.
Responsibilities:
1. Conduct patient assessments and develop individualised care plans
2. Administer medications and treatments as prescribed by physicians
3. Monitor and record patient vital signs and medical information
4. Collaborate with multidisciplinary healthcare teams to ensure comprehensive patient care
5. Educate patients and their families on health management and disease prevention
6. Maintain accurate patient records and uphold confidentiality standards
Requirements:
1. Valid Nursing and Midwifery Council (NMC) registration as a Registered Nurse
2. Proven experience in a clinical setting, preferably within a nursing home
3. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
4. Ability to work well under pressure and make sound decisions in emergency situations
5. Strong organisational skills and attention to detail
6. Commitment to ongoing professional development and evidence-based practice
