Your Role & Responsibilities
* Financial & Payroll Expertise – Oversee daily financial processes, manage payroll, and ensure accurate accounting procedures are followed.
* Operational Excellence – Assist in the smooth day-to-day running of the venue, ensuring exceptional guest experiences.
* New Openings & Team Development – Play a key role in launching new ventures, recruiting, training, and developing a top-tier team.
* Leadership & Growth – Work closely with the General Manager to drive business success, maintain high standards, and foster a positive work environment.
