We are currently recruiting for a Junior Quantity Surveyor to join a private Quantity Surveying Consultancy based in Poole. Our client has been established for over 40 years and possesses a proven track record of success, having progressed from modest beginnings to multi-million-pound projects throughout the UK. They now require another junior member of staff to support the existing team.
The successful QS will be either a keen school leaver with a strong interest in Quantity Surveying and Construction or a recent Graduate looking for their first role as a Quantity Surveyor. If the successful candidate is a school leaver, full financial support for a RICS accredited Higher Education course will be provided, along with full RICS APC support to enable the successful QS to become Chartered.
The QS will be working in a variety of fields, not just one sector, requiring a degree of travel. Sectors vary from marine work with the RNLI to working with local commercial clients, such as Breweries. The role will initially involve training and shadowing, acting as a support member to the wider team before progressing to a full Surveying role.
