The Advocate Group are partnered with a global leader in the electrical industry, looking for a Continuous Improvement Project Executive to lead all process improvement projects and value-add initiatives.
You will be the individual who enhances efficiency, optimizes processes, and delivers cost-effective solutions that drive business growth.
Key Responsibilities:
* Lead and manage continuous improvement initiatives.
* Implement key initiatives of process improvement across the wider business.
* Apply Lean, Six Sigma, and other methodologies to streamline workflows.
* Analyze data to measure the impact of improvements and report on progress.
* Collaborate with key stakeholders to ensure project success and alignment with company goals.
Requirements:
* Experience in Continuous Improvement or process improvement (preferably in manufacturing or electrical industries).
* Well versed in Sales Order Processing, Supply Chain and System knowledge.
* Strong communication, problem-solving, and data analysis skills.
