Service Support Officer required for the South East Wales Adoption Service (SEWAS)
A permanent, full-time position has arisen within SEWAS for an experienced and enthusiastic individual to join the team at Mamhilad.
The successful candidate will be responsible for the maintenance of electronic filing systems and databases (including Civica and WCCIS) and the co-ordination and minute taking of complex meetings relating to adoption e.g. Adoption Panels, which need to be transcribed in a timely manner.
You must have experience of carrying out administrative duties in an office environment. It is essential that you are able to work on your own initiative and meet the deadlines/timescales for a busy adoption service.
Educational attainments essential for the position are 5 GCSE’S (A-C or equivalent), typing or keyboarding skills and NVQ 3 or equivalent (or commitment to working towards achieving NVQ 3).
