Case Manager / Administrator needed in Totnes, £13.69ph PAYE – Reference: 5250095
1. To run the associated weekly/daily reports and input data onto the relevant parking statistics spreadsheet.
2. Manage the Do-Not-Reply Parking inbox – this is mostly reports covered by the work on the above spreadsheets, but also includes forwarding on/archiving other reports
3. Answering general enquiries.
4. Responding to first stage challenges.
5. Downloading and sending all our letters to Post Room for dispatch daily.
This is a full time role on a temporary basis.
