The Role: As an Automotive Teacher, you will be responsible for delivering high-quality, engaging lessons that combine both practical workshop training and theory-based learning. Your role will include: ✔ Teaching students across a range of levels, from basic motor vehicle maintenance to advanced diagnostics ✔ Delivering hands-on training in a fully equipped workshop environment ✔ Providing structured theory lessons on key automotive principles and industry standards ✔ Assessing students' practical and written work, offering feedback and support for their progress ✔ Encouraging students to develop the technical skills and knowledge required for a successful career in the automotive industry What We’re Looking For: We are looking for an experienced Automotive professional who is enthusiastic about mentoring and developing students. A teaching qualification (such as a PGCE or Cert Ed) is desirable, but we welcome applications from industry professionals who are willing to train as educators. Ideal candidates will have: Relevant Automotive qualifications (such as NVQ Level 3 in Motor Vehicle Maintenance or equivalent) Strong industry experience with up-to-date knowledge of vehicle technology and diagnostics A passion for training and mentoring students Great communication skills and the ability to create an engaging and supportive learning environment Why Join Us?
