Based at St. Albans campus
Developing and delivering a variety of employability programmes to meet the needs of learners, employers, and stakeholders. Deliver consistently good or better teaching sessions, incorporating an effective range of learning strategies and technologies that enable outstanding learning outcomes. Maintaining data for learners, initial assessment records, enrolment, daily registers, and outcomes. Preparing learners for employment, career progression, or further study including the contextualisation of digital, maths and English skills.
Required Skills:
1. Level 2 qualifications in English & maths (GCSE, Functional Skills or equivalent). (E)
2. Assessor (E) and IQA qualifications (D)
3. Level 3 teaching qualification (E)
4. Planning and Organisational Skills (E)
