Inside Sales Representative - Brighton About the role The GelBottle Inc, the UK's 1 Nail Brand, is continuing their expansion into North America and is looking for an Inside Sales Representative. The Inside Sales Representative will be responsible for developing and implementing the sell-in and sell-through strategy through leads and prospecting, supporting continuous growth and expansion of the business. This role will partner closely with the broader Sales and Marketing Teams to drive results and increase brand awareness. A vital addition to TGB's growing presence in North America, the ISR will be the bridge between brand and accounts across North America while championing being the first point of contact of the customer journey. Prospecting & Onboarding : Identify, prospect, and onboard new business accounts through phone calls, emails, and direct mailers. Account Management : Build and maintain long-term partnerships, aligning on budgets, forecasts, sampling, and meeting account needs. Forecasting & Market Analysis : Collaborate with Finance and Demand Planning teams to provide forecasts, monitor volume, and address market activity changes. Core & NPD Focus : Prioritize core products and NPD, ensuring timely sample submissions, presentations, and consistent launch and delivery dates. Client Engagement : Represent TGB in client meetings, trade shows, and events; deliver tailored sales presentations. Time Management & Adaptability : Manage resources effectively, prioritize tasks, and meet deadlines while adapting to varied responsibilities and work hours. About you: We're seeking a dynamic professional who thrives on building strong relationships and delivering exceptional results. Here's what you'll bring to the role: Experience & Expertise : At least 1 years of experience in account management or a sales-related role, with a proven track record of maintaining high customer satisfaction and retention rates. Interpersonal Skills : Strong relationship-building abilities, with the confidence to navigate challenging conversations and build rapport effortlessly. Technical Proficiency : Proficient in Office Suite, with experience in Netsuite considered a plus. Problem-Solving & Organization : Excellent problem-solving, organizational, and project management skills to manage multiple priorities effectively.
