Finnish, Norwegian or Swedish Customer Service Advisor
We are looking for a Finnish, Norwegian or Swedish speaking Customer Service Advisor to join a multi-award winning company at their Head Office in Watford. The company is looking for someone who is fluent in Swedish, Finnish or Norwegian to join their team.

As a Customer Service Advisor, you will be working with a team of people to respond to queries from existing customers to diagnose issues and provide additional support.
Working Hours: Monday - Friday - 07:00 - 15:30
Hybrid working (2 days in the Watford office and 3 days from home).
You MUST have rights to work in the UK - no sponsorships are available for this role.
Main duties to include:
1. Supporting customers with technical queries
2. Managing a shared inbox
3. Running daily product reports and sharing with the senior leadership team
4. Organising item collections, returns and sending out replacements
5. Develop product knowledge and share with customers
6. Consistently providing an empathetic level of customer service
Candidate requirements:
1. Fluent in Swedish, Finnish or Norwegian and English
2. Experience within a customer service role
3. Full rights to work in the UK (we cannot provide sponsorship)
4. Warm, friendly, calm and professional telephone manner
5. Attention to detail
6. Able to commute to Watford
