We are looking to recruit an Attendance Administrator at Aylesford School. This is a new position within our school, joining our Pastoral team. We are looking for a positive, motivated and flexible individual who will join a dedicated team of professionals. You will be responsible for the monitoring and updating of student attendance and punctuality for all secondary and sixth form students daily. You will be an articulate individual with an analytical mind, with excellent organisational skills proven through previous administrative positions. Attendance Administrator – 12 months fixed term initially (to be reviewed) Monday to Friday – 08.00am – 3.30pm 32.5 hours per week. Inclusive of a 30-minute unpaid lunch break. 38 weeks per annum (School term time only) Grade D, Points 4-5 (£24,404.00 - £24,790.00 per annum) Actual paid salary based on 38 weeks per annum (paid weeks 43.51 per annum) 32.5 hours per week is £17,936.11 per annum a generous local government pension scheme.
