A leading company in specialized scientific instruments, particularly with applications in energy storage and battery technology, is seeking to hire a Sales & Marketing Director. The ideal candidate will drive and motivate a successful sales team to achieve outstanding results.

The Sales & Marketing Director will:
* Work closely with the product development team to align offerings with market demands.
* Implement effective sales and marketing initiatives, including pricing strategies, promotions, and product launches.
* Develop and maintain a strong network within the relevant industries to remain informed about trends, competitive landscape, and emerging technologies.
* Establish and deliver products & services launch strategies.
* Identify and evaluate new market opportunities and potential acquisitions.
The Sales & Marketing Director will have:
* Minimum 10 years’ experience with 5+ years in a sales management position. Proven track record of directly driving substantial growth and success.
* Bachelor’s Degree (preferably in Engineering, Scientific, Marketing or Business disciplines). An MBA is a bonus.
* Experience in the battery industry or a relevant electrical/electronics sector.
* Technically savvy with a strong technical background, capable of understanding and selling technical solutions.
* Very high energy level, proactive, forward-thinking, and a desire to work in a fast-paced, innovative environment.
* Strong leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills; proficiency in ERP/MRP systems; excellent problem-solving and analytical skills.
* Confident written and verbal communication skills at board and holding level.
