CRS are seeking a dynamic and experienced Branch Manager to lead the team and drive the success of our clients equipment rental branch in Kintore. The ideal candidate will be responsible for overseeing daily operations, ensuring exceptional customer service, and achieving sales targets. This role requires strong leadership skills, a strategic mindset, and proficiency in relevant software, to manage customer relationships effectively.
Please note, previous experience in an Assistant or Branch Manager role is required to be considered.
Duties
Lead and motivate branch staff to achieve performance goals and maintain high levels of customer satisfaction.
Develop and implement strategies to increase sales and enhance operational efficiency.
Monitor branch performance metrics and prepare regular reports for senior management.
Ensure compliance with company policies, procedures, and regulatory requirements.
Manage inventory levels and oversee the ordering process to meet customer demand.
Foster a positive work environment that encourages teamwork and professional development.
Conduct regular training sessions for staff on product knowledge, sales techniques, and customer service best practices.
Build strong relationships with customers to understand their needs and provide tailored solutions.
Requirements
Proven experience in a managerial role within an hire industry environment.
