The role is reporting into the EMEA Utility Sales Director
Role overview:
In this role, you will:
* Manage Eatons End-to End profit and loss of the portfolio under the responsibility.
* Develop and execute a strategic direction for North zone aligned to the EMEA business strategic direction and support Eatons growth
* Ensure a good understanding of industry and products as well as the ability to direct the overall sales efforts to continuous growth
* Act as the Senior Eaton sales representative in the area, providing inspirational leadership to employees internally and acting as an ambassador for Eaton externally
The prime responsibility is to ensure that Eaton meets the agreed budget targets for sales growth and cost in North zone, whilst applying Eaton standard work practices as defined by Eaton Business System (EBS).
