Reed Further are working with a college who are seeking a business lecturer to deliver engaging and informative lectures across Level 1, 2, and 3. This role involves face-to-face teaching and offers flexibility in terms of hours, with options for full-time or part-time commitments.
Job Title: Business Lecturer
Position: Full-time 37 hours or part-time, 3 days per week, 22.5 hours.
Role type: Temporary Ongoing
Location: King’s Lynn
Day-to-day of the role:
* Deliver lectures and course content across Level 1, 2, and 3 business courses.
* Engage with students to facilitate learning, using a variety of teaching methods to cater to different learning styles.
* Prepare lesson plans and materials, ensuring alignment with curriculum requirements.
* Assess student progress through assignments, tests, and examinations.
* Provide feedback and support to students to aid their academic and personal development.
* Participate in departmental meetings and contribute to the continuous improvement of the curriculum.
Required Skills & Qualifications:
* A relevant qualification in a business-related field at Level 4 or above.
* Teaching qualifications are highly desirable.
* Prior experience in teaching or as a cover supervisor in the subject area.
* Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
* Ability to engage and inspire students from diverse backgrounds.
* Commitment to professional development and staying updated with the latest industry trends and teaching methodologies.
* Enhanced DBS on the update service.
